Virgin Red has a partnership with SquareMeal, a restaurant booking service, that enables users to earn Virgin Points when they eat out. This partnership provides four ways to earn points, making it a convenient way to accumulate rewards.

How to Earn Virgin Points

Users can earn 100 points when they book a restaurant via the SquareMeal website, and an additional 25 points for leaving a review afterwards. Some restaurants also offer bonus points for meeting certain spend criteria or visiting on specific days. Furthermore, users can earn up to 3,000 bonus points when they pay with a registered credit card at selected restaurants, even if they didn't book through SquareMeal.

To take advantage of this offer, users need to register for a SquareMeal account and choose to earn Virgin Points during the registration process. Existing SquareMeal account holders can log in and switch to earning Virgin Points in their profile settings. However, it's essential to note that existing points balances will not be converted to Virgin Points.

Requirements for Earning Virgin Points

To earn Virgin Points through SquareMeal, users must have a Virgin Red account. This is a separate requirement from having a Virgin Flying Club account. Users without a Virgin Red account can download the app, create an account, and link it to their Virgin Flying Club account to start earning points.

Conclusion

The partnership between Virgin Red and SquareMeal offers an easy way to earn extra Virgin Points, especially through card-linked offers. Although SquareMeal's range is limited compared to other booking services, it provides a convenient opportunity to accumulate rewards. Users can register for a SquareMeal account and start earning Virgin Points today.
