In July, the airport experienced a 4.5% increase in passenger numbers compared to the same time last year. Additionally, the total number of passengers during Q2 showed a 1.9% increase year-on-year. These increases follow a 4% rise in passenger traffic reported in January compared to the previous year. The airport has also undergone other improvements, including the transformation of the Departure Lounge. Work on this project entered its most significant stage in January, with passengers advised of temporary changes to their journey through the terminal building.
